Protected Balance Terms

Separate from Games
Gamboland games use Play Coins only. A future Protected Balance would be kept separate from Play Coins and game outcomes. A win or loss in a game would never increase or decrease Protected Balance.
Planned Fee
The current preview shows a 5.99% service fee, subject to a $1.99 minimum and $19.99 maximum. Any final fee, timing, limits, eligible payment methods, refunds, disputes, and provider terms must be shown before a user authorizes a transaction.
No Banking Promise
Protected Balance is not a bank account, savings account, stored-value account, deposit account, or investment and would not earn interest. Do not assume funds are federally insured unless a future regulated provider arrangement and final disclosures expressly state that protection applies.
Activation Conditions
Gamboland will not activate payment collection until the payment provider approves the final integration, security controls are completed, and qualified legal and compliance professionals approve the launch terms and jurisdictions.
