By checking the “18+ & Virtual Play Agreement” box, you affirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old and will complete the required identity and age verification honestly.
2. You understand Gamboland is free virtual entertainment. It does not accept deposits or sell Play Coins, Practice Money, virtual cards, rewards, loans, or other virtual items.
3. You understand virtual items have no cash or real-world value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, traded, shipped, or exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, prizes, goods, or services.
4. You understand a displayed dollar sign refers only to Practice Money inside the service and not to real U.S. dollars or a claim against Gamboland.
5. You understand outcomes are produced by game rules and chance systems, and animations do not change the server-recorded result.
6. You will use one account, will not use bots or exploits, and will not manipulate requests, outcomes, balances, promotions, or other users.
7. You understand Gamboland may correct or reverse invalid virtual outcomes and balances, remove virtual items, or suspend accounts to protect fairness and security.
8. You will stop playing if the experience is no longer enjoyable. You will not treat virtual results as income, an investment, or financial advice.

Relationship to Other Terms

This agreement supplements the Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Identity and biometric processing requires a separate affirmative consent under the Identity & Biometric Data Notice.
